The Library of Parliament is launching a recruitment campaign for parliamentary tour guides.
The Library is looking to hire university students from across Canada to provide guided tours of Parliament. Students can be from any program of study, at the undergraduate or graduate level, and must have oral proficiency in both official languages.
As there are currently no guides on staff, the Library must take this preparatory step now so it can welcome visitors to Parliament during the summer tour season, should public access to Parliament resume.
The recruitment campaign will run from January 31 to February 14, 2022.
